I was a very strong potential customer of the great Daikin split inverter AC with a decently large number of units to be purchased. However, I tried their Service number in Mumbai and the sales guys here are really awful ! In particular, there are these two guys Rushak and his boss Dolphy. They really give Daikin a bad name. Ive called them a million times only to be ignored and given false information and false hopes about Daikins AC availability. They (and even the ordinary watchman, security guy, operator, etc) all seem to try their level best to refrain a customer from talking to their boss Mr.Neeraj Shukla, probably out of fear of discovery of their own shortcomings?
So, Mr.Shukla if youre listening, please take note of the pathetic situation of a customer who was willing to buy a good number of units, choosing over other brands like Panasonic & Hitachi. Daikin will be eaten up by Panasonic in India (and Asia) with such guys to take care of their Sales. Its a pity this entire experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I now shudder to think how badly their Service team would have responded to my problems, had I been unfortunate enough to wait so long and buy units from them !
